Hi. I think it is integrated in the same way as any other third-party widget or script. You can put the calendar in the standard Joomla HTML module and output this module in PB.

Just the way Pavel said, you can use any third-party calendar module with SP Page Builder Joomla Module addon. You can also use Raw HTML addon and show a simple calendar with some HTML and CSS.
