Cannot Make Further Comments/answers To Forum Posts

I cannot add a comment to one of my posts: (https://www.joomshaper.com/forum/question/7051

When I click Post Answer it just loads forever. Is there a glitch/bug

I seem to be able to post actual posts though (like this one)

I think it was detecting something in the text that wasn't allowed. Even though nothing was "rude" or explicit. I managed to post, however upon testing I found 1 sentance was not letting me post..

Then I got IP blocked:

You are a spammer, hacker or an otherwise bad person. If you are the administrator of this site and have blocked your own IP address on accident please visit https://www.joomshaper.com/administrator/[email protected] where [email protected] is the email address of your (Super User) account. This URL will only send you an email if the IP address from which you are accessing it is being blocked by Admin Tools. If you are not blocked no email will be sent; you don't need an email with instructions to unblock your IP if your IP is not blocked.

Could my IP in the Hidden content area be unblocked please

You can try one thing

Clear your browser cache and check again. And one more thing first logout and then again login on JoomShaper account and try again.

I tried both of these, no luck

Even on a different browser/incognito doesn't fix

I just tried this. It doesn't work I tried on Edge, where I usually use Chrome

Even on a different browser/incognito doesn't fix
