1. This feature is not active for agent accounts; the problem is that on the site the properties entered last must always be visible first, so if this sorting function is not active, it is necessary that at least the agents can order them, without the intervention of the super admin

The agent does not have this feature. But, You can use Ascending and descending, Featured Properties for the property option from the menu parameters.

Ascending and descending ordering by date does not work, unless you have fixed it in the latest version.

I haven't updated SP Property to the latest version yet because you fixed some bugs in my site via ftp and I wouldn't want to miss these improvements with the update.

Before update your should check the changelog and you should keep a backup. Thanks
