White Space Appears When You Scroll Down Between Main Menu Bar And Page Builder Slideshow

In some templates where I insert SP page builder pages, a space appears for a few seconds when you scroll down between the main menu bar and the page builder slideshow.
This happens for example with the Arino and Themis templates, but not with Shaper Estate.

}Note: Path towards custom CSS: Extensions>Templates>Styles> Click on your current default template name then choose Template Options. Then find custom CSS within the custom code.
