Permissions Setting For SPPageBuilder Add-ons?

Hello!

Is there any plan on adding a Permissions setting for SPPageBuilder Add-ons?

Joomla has full featured built-in capability for multi-users, so with this in mind it doesn't mean it was only designed to be managed by one webadmin who knows everything about Joomla or the web in general.

The SP PageBuilder is quite awesome with how it was designed and the add-ons that comes with it. Problem is, some add-ons can be a dangerous tool if all users with editing permission is able to access. For example, the form add-on.

Hi,

yes, they planned for SPPB 4.x.

Right now you can hide some edit icons only by custom CSS.

I'd like to bump this one up the stack please. We are now on SPPB 4.0.7 and, as far as I can tell, it is still not possible to set permissions on rows or columns. I know that I can set permissions on addons and this is working okay this doesn't answer my ultimate problem.

If I have three rows, I would need to set the first row is accessible only to users in the first group, the second row to users in second group and finally the third row to users in a third group. If I set permissions on the Add-on, I could certainly hide that content for the appropriate groups what happens is the row itself remains in place and I end up with ugly margins or padding. If I could simply set the row to have permissions then my problem would be solved in terms of this unattractive remaining spacing.

Any ideas?

Up on this question... Is it now available ? In what group should I set a user so that they can modify articles created with SP Page Builder without being full site admins ?

Thanks
