Move Slider Items Down On Slideshow

I have tried numerous places to move the Slideshow content items down on the ...slideshow.

There seems to be one option (center vertically).

The padding or margin changes for the items does not seem to work.

Three are 2 slides with 3 content items in each.

I want the 3 content items moved down about 200px; Nothting seems to work.

This looks like the slide elements are positioned centered vertically.

I wanted it half way between the top and centered.

Where do I change this?
