Feature Addon Causing Object Of Class StdClass Could Not Be Converted To String

Hi Guys,

It seems the Feature addon override for the educon template is causing issues.

Getting this error message

"Object of class stdClass could not be converted to string"

I've added a folder called "OFF" in templates/shaper_educon/sppagebuilder/addons/ and tested all the addon overrides and it's limited to the feature override.

I've seen in other forum posts it's sometimes due to PHP - this site is running PHP 7.4.

Are you please able to advise what to do or prodive the appropriate code to fix this issue please?

I think I may have figured it out - it appears that when there is no link in the button option, the error happens....when I added a link to the button, it worked!

Hello Peter Dowse

Your issue is fixed now. Please check your site. In feature/sit.php file on line 73 I have modified the code.

Best regards

Sorry - this is not fixed.....did you edit copmponent/sppagebuilder or template/html/sppagebuilder??

I've now moved the feature addon from the /OFF folder located in the templates/shaper_educon/html folder and the site is still throwing the error message.

Please check your TEST PAGE feature box addon. The images you had used was not available. I have changed the images. Your images should be uploaded in SP Page Builder Media.

Ok - have updated the feature boxes on the homepage with images that have been uploaded to SP Page Builder Media - not images/filepath.jpg and the error message is still showing on the homepage?

I don't think that's it??
