Include Albums From SP Easy Image Gallery In Search Results

Hi, is it possible to include the albums from SP Easy Image Gallery in the search? What I mean is that if I have an album in Easy Image Gallery that is called 'snow', and someone searches for 'snow' on my website, the album will show up in the results.
