Hello I want to know if there is any way I can use to make the home page in mobile different page than desktop???

Sorry, this is not possible. Only thing you can do is keeping the layout same and changing the content. For example, you design two sections. Show one section on Desktop and hide on Mobile. Show another section on Mobile and hide on Desktop.
