Hero Section On Firefox / Google Mobile Shifting Responsiveness

Hi Team,

I am using Wanye Corp template. The hero section on my homepage seems to being smaller on first view then expands as I scroll on mobile.

It only does this on mobile on FireFox and Google app (not Chrome mobile app).

This is an issue because I have laid out my elements with the correct spacing. But on first view, the elements overlap the text and the spacing is not correct, only upon scroll does it look correct.

I have attached two screenshots

  1. How it should look (it looks good on mobile Chrome, mobile Safari)
  2. How it looks incorrectly until you scroll on mobile FF and Google app

How do I force it to not condense on first view to look correctly on all browers?

Thanks

Hello Tuan

I have checked the issue on Google Chrome (mobile app and search browser), Firefox on Android and Google Chrome and Safari on iOS. Nowhere I have found the issue. Please clear your Joomla cache and Browser's cache and then check your site again.

Best regards

Hi Ofi,

I have uploaded a screen record of the issue in the private section. Please take a look.

You can see the horizontal row and bottom text of the hero section overlaps the animated text on first view, but then as the user scrolls, it expands to look correct.

How do I force it to expand on first view and not be condensed causing the overlap issue?

Thanks

Hi Ofi,

Looks good now. Could you please explain the steps you did to fix the issue?

I need to replicate this on a production site.

Thanks
