Hallo! Our license SP Builder Pro stopped to work, but License Key is still aktive (not expired). Is it possible to do something with this problem. Thank you to advance.

There could be various reasons (mostly on your server side). Please check the above documenation that I have shared in the previous comment. Also follow this documentation. There we have listed some of the reasons that might cause this type of issue.
