Article Option Tabs Missing

The five tabs of the article management should appear (Content, Options, Publishing, Configure Edit Screen Permissions and Images and Links)
I have looked over the forum and the solutions offered do not correct the issue.
I cannot proceed building this site without these tabs.
Joomla Version: 3.9.21
I have setup a Superuser Login: User: joomshaper Pass: AQ12345

Thank you for your query. Actually, I checked from my end and all the tabs (Content, Blog Options, Publishing, Configure Edit Screen Permissions and Images and Links), are visible and functioning properly. Could you kindly let me know if you have tried clearing the browser cache?
