CSS Elements For Setting Tabs-addon : Active, Hover, 'focus' And 'no-focus' (tabs And Pills Etc)

What are the elements (or is the css-syntax) for customizing the tab background-colors of the tab-addon for all possible states:
- normal ( no-focus, not selected)
- hover
- active ( case when you click it)
- focus (tab that is currently selected, last clicked on)

Accepted AnswerThank you! But can't I do it with custom CSS? Because it is very nasty job to set is for various tab-addons with many tabs. And what if I want to change it again and have to do it all over again? Are there no general elements for the tabs that I can't write my own css for?
I tried to figure it out with inspector-tools, but it didn't completely work out
