Hello,

Did you mean you want to move from the Agency plan to the Developer plan?

If yes, you can upgrade your plan from the JoomShaper Dashboard.

Best Regards

I am paying 299.00 a year for a developer, but it's a life time membership, why am I being charged every year? I don't have a Agency plan it is a Developer plan.
