Hi, one of my website users is having problems navigating my site as they say the off canvas menu isn't working on their devices - the mobile is a Samsung S9+, the tablet is a Samsung A

I had the issue like many others with a previous update where we had to go back into the template and reselect the offcanvas position and all was ok again. I've checked my website on the free version of browserstack and while I can't check these devices specifically, the off canvas is showing up ok on there.

Just wondered if anyone had similar issues with these devices or had any other ideas that I can go back to my customer with to help (I'm sending them the link for clearing cache on Samsung devices).

I have quick link buttons and breadcrumbs etc so it is possible for my user to navigate the site without the offcanvas menu but obviously thats not quite as smooth as a full menu that allows you to go anywhere in one click.
