A few months before I have updated the site - after this it has crashed. Now I bought all packages and after all updates the site crashed once more. What is now the problem? Helix ultimate plugin.

Is was using this plan: https://www.joomshaper.com/blog/how-to-update-your-site-to-joomla-4 The update to joomla 4.0 is not possible because there are so many extensions are not ready for 4.0 (pre-test).

What can I do now?
