hi there? is joomshaper a private or company? why can't i find the address and telephone? there is only online form and chat, even no company name and address ?

please refund, otherwise i will report this transaction to FSPRG.NL which is payment receiver and alipay which i used to pay.

I really can not use the product i bought because it has 6 vital bugs which i already posted on forum.

You will find the details on the contact page. Please share your JoomShaper account email address for verification and refund process. Also, share the last 4 digits of your card or the transaction id whichever is used to make the payment. Also, please share your forum post URL so that we can improve our product for the future.
