Restora Template - Update Destroy Everything (i am Angry)

Sorry if I have to mention that.
But lately there have only been more problems after updates, regardless of the template.
Now I got caught with the Restora template.
After the update a total write-off and I can do everything completely new because all custom css instructions have become unusable.
This is really a nuisance and I will probably have to consider switching from joomshaper to an alternative.
If I'm paying well, then it should at least work halfway.

thank you for your answer.
At the moment i must restore the full website to the last backup, because my client need a working website. So ther are no problems in the moment, but all is not up to date.
After the turn of the year I can try again and then describe the problem in more detail or give an administrator access.
As mentioned, I don't know that from Joomshaper and have never had any problems, except for this moment, which really destroyed a lot of the layout and the functions.
I'll report to the forum when I try the update again, okay?
