SP page crashes after doing image - sometimes text - modifications like replacing the image or chaning the text. What happens after you replace the image and click save is that you will loose the page and get a web error when you try to access the page again - nothing can done except deleting that page and you are lucky if you have created a copy to start over again . The error code after crash is : Object of class stdClass could not be converted to string

Hi Mustafa,

It's problem caused fully by your template this time. Your template overridden those addons and that's why you may have problem when they are used:

And Page itself becuase of this override

You have two options to fix it:

  1. Please contact with template developer (poetsofcode .com) and ask him to fix used files, to add new version compability.
  2. OR just RENAME (or delete if you have backup) those folders from template:

/html/com_sppagebuilder/

and

/sppagebuilder/

You can just add "OFF=" before folder names: "OFF=com_sppagebuilder" and "OFF=sppagebuilder". Then clear Joomla cache.

(2) This is a temporary fix, but it should help a lot. As you may see , those errors/problems are not caused by Us.

Your template was designed a few years back when was a little bit different code.

My fix can work for many years. I said it's "temporary" only because it should be fixed by the template developer, not by joomshaper or me (personally). Because for example, template developer can publish template update and forget to fix all issues, you would update and problem return. Now you understand.

Thanks, I am glad that I could help.
