Wimble: Menu & Title

Template 3 years ago

Hello I am currently trying to make a new site with Wimble. I have several problems 1/ Menu: When hovering over the 2nd sub-menu, the dash of the 1st sub-menu does not disappear? 2/ displaying the title of the article in a strange way. I don't see the parameter 3/ Stretch the submenu to fit in 2 or 3 lines? https://pic.infini.fr/HPtLfWkL/L9tbxZou.png https://tests.88h.ovh/index.php/formations-securite-au-travail/membre-de-cse-50-salaries-exercer-lensemble-de-ses-missions

On the other hand before when I bought a template, I needed a class that allows a special formatting in a joomla article (title underline in a color, blockquote, div box with rounding ...). I have the impression that you do not do this anymore but I can not always use SPPB. What do you recommend

Hi there,

Thanks for contacting us. Sorry for the inconvenience. You have to use the helix blog option image.

HI Back after 1 week of absence, I see that you have answered 1 question but I don't see the link which must be obsolete! Anyway, we don't want to put a picture (because we don't have one for each article); Moreover the title is very high. We want to make a simple blog

In addition I just see with surprise that the intro text is not visible !!

please answer the other 2 questions as well:

1/ Menu: When hovering over the 2nd sub-menu, the dash of the 1st sub-menu does not disappear?

3/ Stretch the submenu to fit in 2 or 3 lines?

https://pic.infini.fr/HPtLfWkL/L9tbxZou.png

4/ I add a new one because I see 9 substitutions to check in the notifications of the administration of joomla. This is probably due to the transition to joomla 4.0.5. How to do? We must wait for a new version of the template purchased or Helix Ultimate?

Regards

1/ Menu: When hovering over the 2nd sub-menu, the dash of the 1st sub-menu does not disappear?

Please check our main demo

3/ Stretch the submenu to fit in 2 or 3 lines?

I have added custom css for dropdown menu width

  1. Question 4 is not clear to me.
  2. Single blog post issue solved

Hi

1/ menu ok error on my part

3/ sub menu on 2 lines thanks

4/ substitutions when a new joomla version is published, it appears in the backoffice system> styles templates : 9 changes found This is not specific to this case, perhaps you have a tutorial that explains how to do or we must wait for the next version of helix ultimate?

5/ formatting of a blog post of this theme. For me, it is not solved because I do not see the introtext and I do not want images and title as on the demonstration! I find the declaration very nice but I'm disappointed, I thought I would find more parameters in helix Ultimate but probably I have to intervene in the code? Delete layout? Do we understand each other and can it be solved simply (like a simple Helix Ultimate blog)? If it's too complicated, I'll go back to helix Ultimate + SPPB because I have to finish this site in 1 week! Please tell me the withdrawal period for a refund?

Regards

Hi Something very simple like on the helix Ultimate demo blog post page WITHOUT image https://demo.joomshaper.com/?template=helixultimate We just need to keep the access to each article from the menu (as the number of articles for each menu will remain under 10)

If you need like as helix ultimate you should use helix ultimate instead of Wimble. Cause, Every premium Template override for design purposes. Thanks

Yes indeed. I thought that premuims could do like helix Ultimate with extra options in the theme and layout that could be disabled So how can I get a refund because I can't do what I want.

I'm looking to see if I can switch to another theme. Is it possible to just test another template without going through the quikstart? I had made a 1st attempt to take only the template but I could not do almost anything without the content!

HI I don't think I'll get a refund because it's the Christmas promotion! It seems to me that you have intervened because I don't have the headline anymore!? How to remove the icon and the author name (maybe related to the next/previous) because I removed the display of the author name everywhere!

I also want to have an answer to the previous question because it will be useful for me one day!

unfortunately I still have difficulties with this template

I made some modifications on the theme (logo and removal of the counters at the top of the page). It works well except on the home page (uploaded logos do not appear and no removal of counters https://tests.88h.ovh/ https://tests.88h.ovh/index.php/formations-securite-au-travail/membre-de-cse-50-salaries-exercer-lensemble-de-ses-missions

More annoying, while I have few menu. it is on 2 lines. Is there a setting to decrease the space between the titles?

You mean my 4 pending requests!?

Here are the screens. The idea is of course to homogenise but I have the impression that you use several templates? https://pic.infini.fr/gallery#zosupdR4/lUBR48xT.png,c8z9cMba/ZFs9MIwo.png

Hi

  1. I can't delete the date on the linked articles below this article either.

  2. How to remove the icon and the author name (maybe related to the next/previous) because I removed the display of the author name everywhere! => ok thanks, i don't see any css code in the template, is it parameters and if so in which tab?

  3. More annoying, while I have few menu. it is on 2 lines. Is there a setting to decrease the space between the titles? => it remains this point, I did not see any parameter?

  4. logo and removal of the counters at the top of the page ok i understand, you use 2 templates to have the homepage with a special layout. right? So when you use css code like "#sp-menu span.nav-counter {display: none !important;}" you have to put it in a common file to avoid duplicating everything?

1,2 and 4 well resolved Thanks

3 not solved, see image https://pic.infini.fr/gallery#Q65lLbsj/cd8ttRgl.png I was talking about the return to the main menu line

1,2 my question was => ok thanks, i don't see any css code in the template, is it parameters and if so in which tab?

4 my question was => So when you use css code like "#sp-menu span.nav-counter {display: none !important;}" you have to put it in a common file to avoid duplicating everything?

3 Solved now.

1,2 - Added css code inside the custom.css file

4 I have added css code inside the custom.css file. When you will update the template in the future template code will reset and that's why i have added css code inside the custom.css file.
