Text And Text Fields Not Aligned

I have noticed the text in all the forms on the website does not align with the respective text field. Notably the Joomla default 'change you password'.
How can I fix this problem?

I may be missing something, the only alternative I can offer you is for you to visit the site and see the artifact for your self.
The text and associated text fields are missaligned and look something like this:
