Helix 3 - Login Module - Joomla 4 - Fatal Error

Hello, I have to report a fatal error with HELIX 3.0.2 in latest Joomla 4. The default.php override seem to be the culprit. Maybe outdated or remaining Joomla3 code base?

If I disable/remove the override, the original JOOMLA 4 default.php does work! Except for a minor styling issue. A margin is missing between the two input fields.

I have even tried the default.php from HELIX ULTIMATE v2. Works too. But this one lacks the show/hide password button and functionality. So, it seems slightly outdated.

The solution for me was to uninstall Helix3 and install HelixUltimate. Total workaround but solved this issue.

I have same issue and coincidently posted about this today. Very weird as this was working for the last several months and now is broken. The only that is working for me is to switch template to Cassiopea (useless in my scenario) or downgrade to Joomla 3.10. This is a major pain. Soon as possible is not soon enough. https://www.joomshaper.com/forum/question/15914
