Mod_login Causing 500 Error With Helix3 Template

I'm using (and have been for 6 months) Joomla 4 along with SP Pagebuilder and Helix3. Something appers to be wrong with this combination now when I attempt to assign mod_login to ANY page. I am met with the unwelcome but familiar 500 error. I set error level to max and it appears that error occurs b/c it's looking for "components/com_users/helpers/route.php" (see attached). This file does not exist at the templates/html level. It does exists at the admin/components level however. When I switch the template to Cassiopea there are no errors. I have reinstalled joomla, helix, pagebuilder in "vanilla" installation and it occurs there too. I have the same problem on my local dev site as on my production server.
So, my solution for now is to downgrade to Joomla 3.10 which works perfectly. I am struggling to understand the issue as I have used this combination for a while without issue.

Hi, The issue comes from the combination of Helix 3 and Joomla 4. I solved this problem by switching the template to HelixUltimate and have moved on from this issue. I suggest, setting this up on your own site with a SP Pagebuilder Pro and Helix 3. Switch to the Helix3 template and enable mod_login on any page and you'll get the 500 error.
I believe this is a bug as others around this forum have had the same issue.

-Thank you.
