Great Work, but the Logo in header 6-MultiRows is not centered, is from center to left + 15px of gutter, If you want to center and give space to the positions contact and social s, you should use col-xl-5 col-xl-2 (logo) and col-xl-5.
Kawshar, Thank you for the amazing work creating Helix. You have given us the option to add our own presets, but this would be complete if you gave us the option to edit new color names that we can add in the new presets. Currently you can only edit the names found in /helixultimate/src/form/preset.xml, in the file /helixultimate/src/Platform/Settings.php on line 278 you can create a condition so that it first looks for the file preset.xml in /templates/TEMPLATE_NAME/preset.xml and if this does not exist, the predefined one that is in the plugin is loaded.
Two things I've noticed. The login at the top right opens a new page. Is there a way to make it a pop up window instead?
Also, when you set the website to offline, even if it's turned off in the template, it will show the countdown counter on it.
Helix is soo good I feel bad Joomshaper is not making any money with it. with my experience with CSS, having helix ultimate is all I need when it comes to Joomla templates. I think you guys should start thinking of how to make money from helix ultimate.
New bug Found in Joomla 3.10.x Class 'Joomla\Component\Tags\Site\Helper\RouteHelper' not found details in https://github.com/JoomShaper/helix-ultimate/issues/221
Just started with testing HU2.
Actually, I am shocked. Why did you do this?!?
"... Update: Template overrides moved to the plugin folder ..."
How should a developer work with the regular Override feature in backend, and also manually? By the way, what about the new J!4 feature, which checks file modifications/differences in template files and overrides?
Besides the overrides, how do you like it so far? We have a great objective behind moving the files to the plugin folder which is providing better support for Helix Ultimate-based templates.
"... great objective behind..." ?! Please, enlight us and give a clue. Why in the world is this necessary? IMHO, it's completely against the J! core logic...
Besides, I like your custom header and off-canvas concept. Although I miss an option to select NONE menu. I have mentioned some experiences & bugs in the fb Helix group.
In general, I miss some often discussed options to restrict blog and other features to certain CATEGORIES. Nothing has improved in this regard, you have to create a template style. Which is a nightmare on a complex or multi-language site.
The floating UI is strange to me. What is the benefit of this toolbar and small(!) scrollable windows? Everything inside is too tiny. And the window is a limitation and results in a slow workflow.
Nothing against rendering a Joomla admin form in an overlay window. But the template settings are a big step backwards.
I already skipped Ultimate1... I am not sure I would use v2.
Thanks
