SP Page Builder 1.0.8 - update

As always we  very excited to announce the publish upgraded version of SP page Builder 1.0.8! This product is the result of a lot of work done by JoomShaper developer team and customers communications over the past 4 weeks. The last version 10.7 was published in December.  We hope that each update of SP Page Builder (Pro) extension evolves into something better, more useful tool. The most important changes are presented below.

New Icon Chooser

As you know in many places in SP Page Builder web designers and editors were able to choose icons from Font Awesome 4.5.0 - collection of 605 icons. It was working just fine, but beginner users didn't know what appearance was hidden above each icon, so it took time to check on project site and search etc. Now it's very easy for all of us, FA Icon preview functionality to the icon field area was implemented in current version of SP Page Builder.

Page Hits

We have added Page Hits column, which can help you analise of pages popularity without looking at advantaged stats tools.

We didn't forget to fix other small issues & improvements:

  • FontAwesome icon chooser - new
  • Page hits count - new
  • Open-graph image delete problem - fixed
  • Module addon: Front end title was not visible - fixed
  • Twitter feed language string missing - fixed
  • 404 error redirect bug

I think in v2 you should add possibility for column unpublish and "create category" feature in media manager :) It would be nice :)

xcept version 1.0.8 still hangs when trying to edit a page on many joomla installations. We've been waiting for months tor someone to take us seriously, and actually look into the problem... but thus far, we just get told to wait until version 1.0.9. well that is now out... and the problem is still there. in addition, version 1.0.9 reports its own version as 1.0.8.. This is getting pretty frustrating. paying for something, and then being ignored about a critical error experienced by many people.. is hard to take. Please get it together guys. Please.... It's time to stop, and listen to us. version 1.0.8 is BROKEN for many of us.
