They are determined to provide you with the ultimate tool for developing and managing any real estate website. And for that reason, within a month of our previous update, today we’re releasing another update of SP Property (v1.5). Let's have a look at what this update brings for you.

Google reCAPTCHA added

If you are familiar with managing any kind of website, then you know there will be spams and security threats. Interestingly, any sort of form is the primary target for bots. So, to keep you safe from spams, we’ve introduced Google reCAPTCHA in the contact form and visit requests. To enable this, you’ll need to enter Google reCAPTCHA API key into “captcha-reCaptcha” extension and set “Agent Contact Captcha” to “Yes” from SP Property configuration tab. Check out this article if you don’t know how to get a reCAPTCHA API key.

SP Property 1.5 brings better asset listing, improved search, reCAPTCHA & more

Improved multilingual support

The status of any property like if it’s for “Sell” or “Rent” was always shown in English. But since we want to make your site 100% multilingual ready, we’ve improved this system. Now, the property status will change with your site’s default language. Some of you have been asking to add it sooner though. Actually, you know it’s not an easy task to do. But hey, we did it anyway!

Other fixes and improvements

Today’s update focuses on a few other improvements and fixes. We’ve improved the in-site search functionality, and some SEO stuff as well. You can now change the measurement unit to “meter” or to any other unit required. We’ve also added some missing language strings, made some minor changes with CSS styles. Plus, you can sort the backend items of SP Property from now on.

This is the overview of SP Property 1.5. Most of the changes we’ve made in this release are done per your request. If you’d like to see other new features and want to make any suggestion, please comment below and let us know your needs. Thank you for being with JoomShaper :)
