Helix: Displaying System Messages

Hi there,

In HIKA-Shop I tested to send a message from a message option, which is OK, but there is only a blank page loading after it was successfully sent. At HIKA-Shop they told me, that my system messages in the template might not be activated and that I (maybe) should include

<jdoc:include type="message" />

into the index.php file right before <jdoc:include type="component" />.
The problem is, I don't find that second part for correctly adding the above code.

Can you help please?

Hi Toufiq,

Sorry for the late reply, but taking care of my newborn son, well, took over... :-)

So I think my question is obsolete, since Hika-Shop told me, that the little message that pop-up are their System Messages, see attachment.
Nevertheless, first it moves in front of the text, BUT behind the pictures... (?!) and second, it is badly visible in the lower right corner, how can I move it to the upper left right one?
How can I find out which module position this is? I could find it in the source code.

Hi Toufiq,

Please look at the picture I attached last time and I mentioned lower right corner, not visible on your printscreen. It is a green field and the following text is barely visible "Der Warenkorb ist leer".

I did see the video and in the 50th second in the video in the lower right corner you see the green text field being partially hidden BEHIND the photo!!?
And it is badly visible in the lower right corner, how can I move it to the upper left right one? How can I find out which module position this is? I couldn't find it in the source code.
I would like it to appear in the upper right corner.

OK, might not be a system message, I am not a professional, BUT did you see the green message in the lower right corner, see picture and red circles??? Why is it BEHIND the product picture?

You have to click on WARENKORB (Shopping cart), but which must be empty. Then you get the message. When you then zoom your screen in and move the page up and down, you'll see, that that message gets partially hidden behind a photo.
Sorry for those misunderstandings... We will get there... :-)

Credentials are activated, but you don't need them, just click on an empty shopping cart.
