Frontend editing issue with multilingual site

In a multilingual site (EN and RU), the frontend editing is working on EN part, but not working on RU part.

I haved disabled jce plugins. Then frontend editor is working. Please check your site now.

So, does it mean that SP Page Builder is not compatible with JCE?

No, but front end editing has issues when it is enabled.
