Frontend Editing Issue With Multilingual Site

In a multilingual site (EN and RU), the frontend editing is working on EN part, but not working on RU part.

I haved disabled jce plugins. Then frontend editor is working. Please check your site now.

No, but front end editing has issues when it is enabled.
