Tiny MCE Issue In Frontend Editing

Hei, I have suddenly a problem in a site where an error occurs when opening an article for edit in the frontend. Backend is no problem, works fine.

The site displays a white page containg only this:

There is no "tinymce" asset of a "script" type in the registry.

I saw that you had previous questions on a similar matter, did you find a solution?

Seems that I have the same issue on yet another site; https://dshvaler.no where the front end editing displays the same error.

Hi, I've run the updates, but now my system sais it doesn't have the framework. Can I donload and install it from somewhere (can't find it in my download section)?
