System Editor Issue - No Toolbar TinyMCE Default Editor

Joomla 5.3.0 when I open up the System Editor when editing a text block the header where the buttons for the editor would be is missing. If I reload the frame it's open in then it shows up.
Using Firefox browser. It also does it on Chrome. I'm attaching a link in the Hidden Content section.
It is a new site so I don't have any other plugins installed but the ones from Joomshaper. The golbal default editor is TinyMCE.
EDIT: FYI, For kicks I loaded the free JCE Editor just to see if it also has the issue. It doesn't, the tools pull up immeditally for JCE, just to verify I switched back to TinyMCE and the same issue is there with it. So for all intents and purposes it could very well be an issue on the TinyMCE side of things.
Maybe it doens't load fast enough for SP Page Builder...
I'll play around with JCE, if you know a way I can fix the TinyMCE I would appreaciate it.
