System Editor Issue

In SP Page Builder, the text will disappear if we use the System Editor to format any text. This happens mainly if we use the font family and size options. Hi Raymond Barrett,

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry for the inconvenience.

I have tested the System Editor in the add-on with the JCE editor and verified that the different fonts are working properly.

To further investigate, could you please share your Joomla admin access through the hidden content section? Before doing so, I recommend taking a full site backup using Akeeba Backup.

Hi Raymond,

Don't get me wrong, but...

Setting fonts from JCE toolbar is not the best method in Joomla. All smart webmasters define font-family for Text addons inside addon settings, or for whole text addon class or only <p> from it using custom.css file /or/ Typography settings (Template Options).

WHY? Becuase if one day you decide to change font from AA to BB, you can do that in less then 30sec on whole site, not in hours looking where else you used that AA font.
