Problem with Sp Property

Hello there,

since 3-4 days i am looking forward to find a solution for my 3 problems with the SP Property Extension.
My page rides on PHP 8.0.22 / Joomla 3.10.11 and SP Property 4.0.2.

At first the carousel gallery does not show the photos I have uploaded for the ad. When I have 2 or 3 different houses, the pictures totally mix.

At secound the Text Editor can only be handeld like a HTML Editor or something. The nice way to edit the text is away without changing nothing.

At last the Extension cant be connected to the Homepage. If i want 3 or 6 houses to be shown at the first page, it only gives a errorpage (Call to a member function getParams() on null), if you click on "show me more".

Thanks for the fast replay.

There are to ads - one is orange and one is blue. when you click on the orange one, there are only pictures of the real estate which should be on the blue ad..... They mix up in all ads. When I upload my photos for one ad, all the other photos on different ads getting replaced by the wrong.

For texteditor there is also a screenshot. It only can be used with all HTML Codes and not with the easy editor from before.

And the last problem with the homepage is the first page. When you scroll down until the first use of SP Property on the first page and than click on more information button, the page will navigate you on an error page. For testing: https://owl.immo/ this is our domain.
