SP Property Issue With Property Size Values

DE

Extension 11 months ago

I am working on a website that is not currently live and uses the SP Property extension. I have 5 properties listed but all have the same property size of 3754. If I change any of those values higher I get this error.

Error 0 range(): Argument #3 ($step) must be less than the range spanned by argument #1 ($start) and argument #2 ($end)

Any help is much appreciated.

Thank you.

Hi there,

Thank you for reaching out. This problem is related with the price. Your property size wise price is crossed the range. Can you provide me the database access?

I appreciate your cooperation and will ensure to get back to you as soon as possible.

Best regards,

Toufiqur Rahman (Team Lead, Support)

Not sure if you are getting blocked by the server. What is your IP address and I can add to the white list.

I have a price range of $1,279,000 with living space as 4187 sq ft. If I make the changes to the table spproperty_properties from float(8,2) to float(9,2) I can add the correct price but changes from sq ft from 3754 to 4187 I receive the Error 0 range(): Argument #3 ($step) must not exceed the specified range.

How do I fix this?

Yes it does work now but the module for SP Property Search is no longer showing although it is published. Is there a bug in this?
