Urgent - Blank Screen And Issues With SP Property Extension In Joomla 4

Dear Support Team,

We recently delivered our website to a client, but we are facing a critical issue with the SP Property extension in Joomla 4.

The site is showing a blank screen on the frontend, while the backend is functioning correctly. Upon reviewing the error logs in the backend, we identified a database-related issue linked to the SP Property extension (screenshot attached).

We initially escalated this issue to the hosting provider, who confirmed that the backend is stable and that the 503 Service Unavailable error on the frontend appears to be caused by the extension.

Since our client is very concerned about this situation, we urgently request your assistance in diagnosing and resolving the issue as soon as possible.

Description: This is super urgent. In the first requirement or ticket, the "Administrator access & cPanel" credentials were sent. I noticed that your ticket system does not recognize special characters and deletes them. I am resending an image from the first ticket where you can find the access credentials.

I would like to report that the issue with the website persists. Although we were informed that it was a disk space issue, we have checked and have 50 GB of available space, so this doesn’t seem to be the cause.
