No sorry you are not able to download templates as I see your active plan is Page Builder Pro - Agency

In that case, if you want to download templates then you have to buy anyone of this plans.

Personal/Business/Agency. Hope you understand.

I don´t understand, I am sorry.

We have paid for 5 years the developer license, the last one for $ 179, and you are offering the business plan with SP Page and 10 templates for $ 189.

We actually use SP Page for 3 websites.

I see that you are not taking into account the fidelity. At least a discount to renew a couple of templates to upgrade to joomla 4...

With this discrimination to your clients, prioritizing captation, I will not renew my license.

Sorry for this but as I see you have only Page builder agency plan active. In that case you will not able to download templates. You can check from here
