I am using the Helix3 template. I would like the color of the Joomla tags to change from the template blue to #024930. I see the tags are using "label label-info" as the CSS Class for tag link. However, I am unsure what file and the syntax to change.
Would you be able to provide some guidance?

You can solve this by using custom css
Go to that specific line of code and insert color.
