Path:
Extensions>Templates>Styles>
Click on your current default template name then choose Template Options.
Then find the Blog tab.

Hi there!

You can use the following code into your custom CSS:

.article-details .article-full-image img {
    width: 800px;
        }

You can try percent(%) value instead of px if you want.

Without your site URL, I can only give you sample code!

Here you go:

.blog .items-row .item .newsberg-article-content .newsberg-article-image img {
    border-radius: 6px;
    width: 100px;
}

Note: Path towards custom CSS:
Extensions>Templates>Styles>
Click on your current default template name then choose Template Options.
Then find custom CSS within the custom code.
