How To Change Main Article Slider Image Ratio To 16:9 In Gazette Template?

Hello, in the Gazette template, the main homepage article slider currently uses images at 1140 × 760 px. I would like to change the slider images to use a 16:9 ratio instead (for example, 1140 × 641 px).

Is it possible to adjust the aspect ratio of the main article slider images, and if so, how can this be done in Gazette or SP Page Builder Pro?

Thank you.

Hello Joon,

Thank you for reaching out to our technical support forum. I’m sorry to hear about the trouble you’re experiencing.

There is no default option for this. You can use Custom CSS to change it. For example, we have used a CSS to restrict the height to a minimum value.

.sppb-addon-articles-slider.bg_image .sppb-addon-article.item{
    min-height: 450px;
}

Best regards

Hello,

I have one more question regarding the main article slider photos. I understand that when I upload images, they will be resized and cropped to 4 sizes: Large, Medium, Thumbnail and Small. Is there a way to disable cropping? Or change the cropping sizes?
