I want change SP Property Status - Rent, BUy and Sell

I have fixed your issue. You have used the default layout in the module. So, I have done the same code in this location: templates/shaper_estate/html/mod_spproperty_search/default.php

load your language in joomla
enable them for site and admin
translate spproperty files (all),

this in language/en-GB

  • en-GB.mod_spproperty_XXX.ini
  • en-GB.tpl_shaper_estate.ini

other in administrator/languages/en-GB

and upload them to your language

I want to change the Status in sp property, i want only

Hello Aslam Ahamed

Please go to this location: templates/shaper_estate/html/mod_spproperty_search/simple.php and in line 47, you will find an array from where all options are shown. You can edit the order or remove some if you do not need.
