• en-GB.mod_spproperty_XXX.ini
• en-GB.tpl_shaper_estate.ini

other in administrator/languages/en-GB

and upload them to your language

Please go to this location: templates/shaper_estate/html/mod_spproperty_search/simple.php and in line 47, you will find an array from where all options are shown. You can edit the order or remove some if you do not need.
