Importing a Layout

When I try to import a layout, I get "Invalid Email Address"

  • I'm logged in as a super admin with the same email address as my Joomshaper account email address.

Why? How do I fix this?

Hi,
try this method:

  1. IN SPPB Options clean e-mail field
  2. Save settings
  3. Write or past e-mail again. Remember! No extra space before or after e-mail
  4. Save
  5. Check again - from two different browsers!

Found my mistake - entering the license key...

Fixed.

Indeed, in 99% cases it's just a human mistake. You're welcome.

You have to close it, I don't have such a button.
