Trying to choose image from library clears page builder editor and gives console errors

Hi, we are using SPPB in the current version 3.7.9 on Joomla 3.9.25 and come across a problem: When being an admin I can use the page builder for writing articles without any issue.

As soon as I start using an account with "Manager" and "Publisher" permissions I start having issues. Specifically when I am into writing a new article and add a new row with the IMAGE add-on the whole IMAGE setup window closes as soon as I want to select the desired image.

In the console I can read error messages, specifically
TypeError: Cannot read property 'items' of null
located in
/components/com_sppagebuilder/assets/js/engine.js

This has been tested on different browsers.

Any idea?

Fixed it myself, it was a missing administration permission for "SP Page Builder" within the group of the user.
