Hello, I’m experiencing a persistent issue with SP Page Builder. Every time I try to load the Page Layouts or the Section Library, I get an error message saying:

“Request failed with status code 500”

Here are the steps to reproduce the problem:

I open SP Page Builder in my Joomla administrator panel.

I select the page I want to edit (for example: Home - Corporate).

Then, I click on Page Layouts or Section Library to insert a template.

At this point, the page turns grey, shows the message “Something went wrong!” and displays the red error at the bottom:

“Request failed with status code 500”.

I have already tried the following actions, but the issue persists:

Cleared Joomla and browser cache.

Repaired and optimized the database.

Reinstalled the latest version of SP Page Builder.

Checked file and folder permissions.

Could you please help me identify what is causing this 500 Internal Server Error? I have attached screenshots showing each step and the final error screen.
