I’m experiencing a 500 error when trying to access the Page Layouts section in PageBuilder.
I have an active subscription, and the subscription details are correctly entered in the component.
I’ve tested this on at least 10 different Joomla sites, with different configurations, PageBuilder versions, and hosting providers — the issue persists in all cases.
Could you please check if this is a known issue or advise on how to resolve it?
Could you please keep a full site backup and Reinstall page builder?

I've cleared Joomla and browser caches (also tryed in private window), but I still couldn't download the page layout
