Error 500 When I Try To Access The Page Layouts For A New Page

Hi,

today, I am facing a strange problem. I have an error when I try to access the Pages Layouts from a new page in SP Builder Pro 5.3.4.

I have an error 500. Here is a screenshot of the issue:

Yesterday, I was able to access all the layouts.

I contacted the chat and Anne T. recommanded me to post my question on the forum.

Please would you tell me how to solve this issue? Every time I create a new I start with a layout. It is important to me.
