Hello. I have a Page Builder Pro - Developer License, but I do not have the ability to download templates and extensions. The license states you will be entitled to free Quickstart Included Access to Templates & Extensions. For any template trying to download it through my account, I am required to purchase. Why? Ask for assistance! Thanks!

Sorry for the inconvenience!
Are you a customer of us for a long time?
Then there is a misunderstanding I guess. The "Developer License" was the previous name of the Agency Plan. So it has access to the SP PAge Builder Pro only.
If this is not the case then please give me your email address to check your subscription with us.
