Hi there!
Sorry for the inconvenience!
Would you please tell me which layout bundle you choose?
A screencast of the whole thing will be better.
Best Regards

Hi,
I have checked both layout bundles and they are working fine at my end.
Which template you are using, please?
Are you facing an issue with these two specific layouts and all others are working fine?
Your admin access would be better to check the issue.
Best Regards
