Hello, I am trying to import a page from SP Page Builder, but without success. I keep receiving an error message indicating that something is wrong. I am currently using Joomla 6.1 with SP Page Builder version 6.3.2 and template Helix v2.2.4. This functionality was working properly until now, without any issues. Thank you for the prompt response. The reference to the documentation is completely unrelated to what I am trying to achieve. I do not need to import anything from the Section Library, but from the predefined Layout Bundles of the SP Page Builder. I followed all the steps you suggested, but the issue still persists. Hello, I am following up regarding the issue I am experiencing.

"Additionally, I performed several further tests to assist you, but unfortunately without any positive results. I also conducted tests across multiple websites I manage, on different domains, and from various terminals, attempting to import page layouts through the PB frontend sidebar menu.

Dear Support Team / Dear Ms Ms Mehtazana Borsha, Please note that the issue I am reporting is not limited to a single website. It affects all of my websites (approximately 30 in total), which clearly indicates that this is not a site-specific issue. Based on this, the suggestion to take a full backup and reinstall the Page Builder on each website is not feasible and does not constitute a realistic or acceptable solution in this case. At this point, it appears that the problem is very likely related to my JoomShaper account configuration, particularly regarding the free and unrestricted use of PB layouts, which my account should normally have access to. I kindly but firmly request that this issue be properly investigated at an account level, rather than receiving repetitive and generic responses that do not address the root cause of the problem. I would appreciate a serious and technical review of the matter, followed by a clear and effective resolution. Thank you for your attention to this issue.

Dear Mr Atick Eashrak Shuvo, I would like to inform you that the issue was resolved almost as if by a miracle last night, shortly after midnight, soon after I submitted post #222620.

In that message, I explained that the problem was not related to my websites themselves, but rather to the settings of my account at JoomShaper’s end — which, as mentioned, were promptly corrected.

For this reason, you were not able to reproduce or see the issue on your side, even though it had been affecting and blocking my work for approximately a week.
