SP LMS cannot upload Attachment for a Lesson

Hello,

I am using SP LMS bundle.

In a Lesson you can upload an Attachment. I have tried a php file, txt, word docx, nothing seems to work.

What file types can I upload? There is nothing in the documentation...

Hello there

Can you please try this solution?
The issue might be because of Bug is in public_html/administrator/components/com_splms/models/lesson.php in line 141.

In the newest version of PHP the hyphen now needs to be escaped (in preg_replace).

Hello Ariba,
I am using SP LMS 4.0 which I installed last week - my file public_html\administrator\components\com_splms\models\lesson.php
does not match what you are referring to.

BUT, looking at the code I can see what file types I can upload - that should be in the documentation or better yet - a tooltip. I can upload jpg and pdf. Very surprised that I could not upload a txt file, but I CAN upload a pdf, at least, so good for now!
